When you open Twitter to upload an image you’ve taken with Live Photo enabled, you will get the chance to convert it into a GIF in simple steps, select the photo you want, tap the GIF button, and share it.
Though the option to convert Live Photos into GIFs has existed for a while, integrating it directly into the upload process makes it more appealing among Twitter users.
